Chick with grape sized lump

I have a 6 week old silkie chick with a big lump (its squishy like a huge blood blister) Its on her back, like just below the base of the neck. Any ideas what it could be????

Hmmm.... if its on the back and not the front, then it couldn't be the crop...

Maybe pics will help - hope it's nothing serious!

* could be an air sac-- but sorry, I forget what you are supposed to do about it. I think it's a serious condition though. I've only seen 1 or 2 posts on it. Not much help, sorry. . .
