Chick with head problem.. Help!

I've posted a video of a chick that is constantly moving it's head from side to side and occasionally going in circles. It isn't eating like the other chicks. Has anyone seen this and or know what I should do?

Sorry about your chicken, sounds like some kind of brain trauma... :/
Any way I think you need to post video to youtube and post the link here...
A few things that may help people help you are the age of the bird, maybe also the breed, anything else you've noticed ( weird poop etc ) when did the problem start, how long have you had this chicken, have you treated you flock for anything recently, what do you feed this chicken?

Chick hatched this past Monday from one of our broodies. No problems, incubation and hatch was normal. It's a blue Orpington over a white leghorn.

Is something wrong with the right eye? It looks smaller as if sore.... Perhaps it has debris in that eye or is possibly blind in that eye. Maybe that's all it is an eye issue causing the head moment... Other wise it sure look odd... Hope you figure it out
