Chick with hurt foot

Last week I got a few comets to put in with the week old EE's and Cochins There was no problems and everyone gets along great. However I have one little Comet that is 1/2 the size of the other. Today we noticed it sort of limping, I did notice it doesn't move a lot.

We had them all outside and I noticed that it's leg was reddish. We we looked closer you could tell it was swollen and more bruised. I don't know if she got stepped or or stuck somehow.

What do you think I should do?
