I left them on daylight savings time last fall. I kept my wake sleep schedule the same too. I'm retired so only one appointments in standard time that I needed to have the correct time.

My MIL found out the Thrift Store would put their overstock in the dumpster on certain nights. She taught my daughter dumpster diving at an early age.
(She wasn't poor, just cheap.)

Yep! Husband (he grew up with a silver spoon) has learned from my frugal ways too. . For example, a neighbor had put out a still usable large dog crate (usually $100 new) for large trash. I had him load it up in the truck and we used it as a transition hutch to introduce some of my young 5 week old chicks to the main flock.

Once we were done with it, we put it out for large trash and another neighbor took it.

That is how one becomes the “Millionaire Next Door”!

She had to pay for the mechanic bills for that Jaguar. The only Jaguars I see are on the back of a tow truck
