Chick with large growth

I have a three month old chick with a large squshy growth infront of her right wing. She is very tiny. About 1/4 of the size of the other chickens born on the same day. She only recently got her feathers but still has bare spots all over. She runs around ans seems "happy" and eats and drinks just like all the rest. Her behavior is no different but I am concerned about this growth and the safety of her egged if she ever lays them. Any thoughts?

Squishy on the front... are you sure it is not the crop? She may have just filled it up, or because you say she is stunted, perhaps her crop does not empty as well thus she is small and her crop is big. At bed time, feel the rest of the birds, and they should also have a lump on their chests.

No it is right near the wing. Imagine if chickens had arms it would be roughly in the location of her right shoulder blade.
