Chick with leaking unhealed navel?

I have a chick, just got her today, that has what appears to be an unhealed navel. She was lethargic and her eyes were close. I food her some egg York and she perked up. But, her naval is leaky yellow (looks like yolk? Is this serious? What can I do for her?

I would clean it twice a day with Betadine or Walmart Equate First Aid Solution in the first aid, bandaid aisle. You want it to dry up. She might have a yolk sac infection. Many chicks can die of this. There are others that know more about this than I do. Here is some reading about it:
