Chick with Leg Injury HELP ASAP

I have 10 chicks and I JUST noticed one chick has a leg injury and I am not 100% certain what is wrong nor how to fix it nor if she will survive. It's Saturday going on Sunday here so the vets won't be open until Monday to take her in. She can't walk on one foot and is holding it up. Her hip feels like it is sticking out but I can move it back and she doesn't cry in pain. It feels like it goes back to where it should be but once I put her down she hold it up and the hip moves forward again. I felt her leg and I can't feel any breaks. She was jumping with her one good leg and ate some food but she keeps laying down and hanging her head a lot. What can I do for her until Monday when the vets open? She is less than a week old.
