chick with leg problem

I have a chick born on 11/30 that I know had a leg problem but i didn't notice it so severe. when it lays down it's right leg stick out to the side. When it runs it seems ok but when it lays back down it's out to the side again. It hobbles some when it walks but when it runs it put the foot normal underneath as it should be. What can I do if anything to help it straighten this leg?
When it walks its out at an angle not straight underneath.

If I have to cull the sooner the better.

I've checked out this site and can't find anything to help. No need to be sorry these things happen. I think it was one that had problems getting out and eventually did but by then the damage was done.
