Chick with long blade of grass stuck in intestines

Well, looks like this pullet isn't going to make it. I thought she recovered so I turned off the heat lamp, but we had another couple of cold nights. She has peed today but mostly vomited up the liquid nutrition I force fed her. Is there anything else that can be done for her now?
