Chick with one eye

My 2day old chick has a half opening eye it is her right eye and I'm wondering if she will have complications and what they might be.

Have you tried rinsing the eye out with saline and apply an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye? See if that helps.

Possible it that's just the way the eye will be, but I would try other measures first.
