Chick with ooky stuff coming from it's abdoman

Do chicks have an umbilical cord kinda thing? I have a chick that hatched around 7am and it has some gooky stuff coming from its belly button area. It's brownish white with a red cordish thing in it. It seems to be held to the stomach by a really thin cord. The abdoman area is all red as well. The chick is still wet and very wobbly (but hey, it's only 2.5 hours old!)

Is this normal or is there something wrong? What do I need to do about it?

I'm thinking it's the yolk sac, or whatever it is will dry up and fall off. So.. Just leave it alone. It'll right itself in time.
