Chick with out turned leg

‘We got some hatching eggs from someone and this chick came out like this. I would LOVE to be able to fix it to some extent so it has a some what comfortable life.... if it’s something that can’t be helped I will make sure it doesn’t suffer. But for the time being it’s been moving around the brooder, eating and drinking. I just don’t know what to do. I can’t find any ideas online. Thanks for any advice.’

I suggested trying a bandaid taping the legs together, but seeing the severity of it I’m not sure it would work. Was wondering if anyone here had a chick with this severe of an issue, and if it was fixable.

Somewhere... are explanations on how to pop back in legs that have fallen out of the socket, dislocated leg.....

And instructions on how to put a slipped tendon back into position.

I would Google those two things...

See if either applies, try to follow the instructions, then tape the legs together in a hobble with a bandaid to nothing pops back out.

Wait three days, probably have to help it eat and drink that entire time.

And then see.
