Chick with possible broken leg/joint

We received our chicks yesterday and one Cuckoo Maran will not use one of her legs. She hops and hobbles around and falls over often. Upon examining her legs, I noticed that the joint closest to her body (I would compare it to a knee joint) is much bigger than the other side. What are my options to help her? We do have some vet wrap, would wrapping it help? Splinting? She is pretty spunky and we were sure we were going to lose her yesterday, but she is still going strong. She does get walked on a bit by the other chicks, though.

She might have sprained her leg, but if there is a slipped tendon, a common leg deformity in chicks, it is usally swollen in the hock or knee joint. You try splinting with the vet wrap strips or a bandaid, and some use a chick chair if they cannot walk. Is she holding the leg up against her when she walks? Here are some links to read:
