Chick with Possible Broken Leg

So my order of chicks finally got here today! 36 chicks, all are alive and healthy except for one. I found it in the corner of the box sitting there with his legs spread out at arrival. It seems to have trouble walking mostly with its right leg. Do you think it’s broken? Is there a way to care for it? it is a Silkie so it’s pretty small. It also only has one eye open. The one that is stuck shut doesn’t seem to have any puse or be swollen. Any idas what it could be? Thanks!
 
Can you post a picture of the chick standing or trying to stand? There are more leg problems in chicks, but splay leg is common. Bring legs together about 1 1/4 inches apart using vet wrap or a bandaid cut lengthwise in two. Leave it on for 3-5 days. Here is a good link or two for splay leg treatment using strips of vet wrap:
