Chick with possible exposed bone...

Thanks everyone!!! The B12 gave him lots more energy & we fashioned a sling for him. I’m not sure if his legs are down far enough...he isn’t happy about being in this. He was happy for the first 20 minutes as he ate like crazy . Any advice on if I should adjust anything. He uses his legs to swing & get food. He just keeps tell chirping is what we call it...really loud...I hope he realizes he can’t get out & calms down. Would he be safe to leave like that overnight, unattended?

Make sure he has a warmth, you could put a mirror in front of him, maybe a feather duster over him.
What do you mean by warmth? That he is warm enough or that he has a friend? His siblings are next to him with a divider between them, they can all see & hear each other. The room they are in is very warm, plus the sock he is in is warm & thick. Hopefully those things would be ok.

Needs heat but if he's in with his siblings divided with a divider, he should be ok. What's the temp in the brooder? Should be about 95F the first week, lessening by about 5F weekly until about 80F/month old ... They'll let you know if they're chilled or too warm.
