Chick with possible face cancer

Hi everyone, I have a chick that’s a few days old that doesn’t look very good. She had a lump on her nose and I thought it was mud and tried to clean it off but its flesh and she started bleeding. She also has a growth/injury in her eye. I’m treating with bactroban on the beak and Tobramycin 3mg in the eye. Please take a look and tell me your thoughts.

It looks like mosquitoes have spread fowl pox virus. The scabs can become large on baby chicks. Make sure that it is getting enough to eat and drink. Betadine or povidone iodine can be applied to scabs with a QTip to help dry them out. Usually the virus lasts about 3 weeks. Here is some reading about fowl pox:
