Chick with shipping stress

Thanks CMV, I'll try to get her back with them as soon as I can then. I'd at least like to see her walking around and more alert first. She only got up that once and went to the food and water, then went right back to the towel. She's peeping a lot though, and although I've called all the stores nearby I can't find one that carries feather dusters to let her sleep with that even if only for tonight.

If you want to get her to eat more, try mixing her crumbles with water, but change them out often as the tend to go rancid quickly.

I did wet her crumbles, it's the only ones she'll pick at. Heck, I still wet two bowls of pellets for my flock outside 'cuz they love it that way, lol. And I ended up giving her a buddy, the smallest and least active of the bunch. They're nestled up in an old, soft sweater I found. I've got one chick that seems obsessed to eat the toes of all the others, so I hate to put her back in until she's a bit more stable on her feet and walking around a bit more. Hopefully tomorrow
