Hello,

First of all, thanks for any help.

I will refer to the bird as "she" but I know that this may not be the case at this age.

What type of bird, age and weight.
She's a bantam-sized hybrid (unknown parents), 6 weeks old, and weighs around 140g.

What is the behavior, exactly.
We found her on the floor unable to move. She had puffed feathers and was moving his head like a sneeze but without sound.
She seems to have some kind of neurological issue. You can see her current state in this video.

How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
It has been 6 days since we found her.

Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No symptoms to the current members of the flock.

Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones, or other sign of trauma.
None that I can identify (She seems to be fine externally)

What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
I lost two chicks 1 month ago with similar symptoms (without the neurological one). Puffiness, sneezing, and difficulty breathing.
I thought of Newcastle disease but they died before I could do anything about it.

What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Before getting sick she was eating chick feed with lots of extra vegetables.
Now I'm feeding her egg yolk and water with vitamins with a syringe.

How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
The poop looks runny, with dark green spots (probably some vegetables left on the digestive system). No blood.

What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Day 1 - I started feeding her egg yolk and water with amprolium to discard coccidiosis.
Day 2 - Egg yolk and water (with amprolium)
Day 3 - Egg yolk and water
Day 4 - Egg yolk and water (with vitamins)
Day 5 - Egg yolk and water (with vitamins + nutritional yeast)
Day 6 - Egg yolk and water (with vitamins + nutritional yeast)

I've been providing her with heat (hot water bag) so she feels comfortable. Not providing her with heat ends up with her puffing up.
She has been gaining mobility since day 4. But seems that on day 6 she's in the same state as tomorrow.

What is your intent as far as treatment?
I intend to treat it myself. No vet.

If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.

Describe the housing/bedding in use.
Pine shavings.

Just a tip when you're treating for possible Coccidiosis, is don't give vitamins.

I treat for Coccidiosis for 5 - 7 days. Won't hurt for treating for a possible cause.

Green poop usually is a sign they're not eating much, or aren't eating.

For treating a possible vitamin deficiency, like one that is neurological, use 400IU Vitamin E Liquid capsules.

It's hard to know which direction to go here.
You saw her gain mobility since day 4. So she had amprolium the first 3 days - was this the time period where she improved most?

I'd be inclined to give a full 5-7 days of amprolium plus Vitamin E, egg yolk and wet soupy chick starter.
Once you finish the Amprolium, then start her on vitamins that contain B1, B2
