So my baby chick was squished about two days ago( see link to that post https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/injured-baby-chick.1348097/ )
Now she's been eating pooping and drinking water and chirping along. The only thing is that her belly is swollen. It's more along her keel bone and it's more swollen on one side than the other. Does anyone know what that is? Any cure for it?

Does it feel like air under the skin? Sometimes they can suffer from a ruptured or leaking air sac from a bump to the body. But if she was stepped on, she could have internal bleeding or injuries. A leaking air sac can be treated with a needle to remove air if she is having trouble breathing, but if something inside is damaged, you might lose her. Pictures can be helpful.

She has another thread with pictures called injured baby chick. Not sure how to do a link

It kind of does feel like air, but she's act really normal. Should I even do anything about it?
