Chick with Swollen Crop but acting completely normal after 3 weeks!?!?

Hello, about three weeks ago I discovered that one my 5 week old chicks had a very swollen crop. After isolating the chick for a little while with acv in her water and giving her olive oil, the crop went down a little but is still noticably swollen. I have started to give her back some of the chick starter feed since the other things weren't working and her appetite is just as big as ever. She still drinks and runs and chirps and poops while still acting like a totally normal chick. Should I just let her be and return her to her friends???? I really appreciate your help!

just watch closely, at that age they eat a ton so it stays full quite regularly, make sure they have some grit (sand works too) to ensure enough grit in their diet
