She doesn't seem to be bothered by it, not itching it or rubbing, but there is obviously something wrong.

If it's just one eye in one chick, let's hope it is an injury. You can buy an ophthalmic ointment at most feed stores and treat for a few days, and hope it resolves. Good luck.

I think maybe she got pecked? Im going to town today and will pick up some ointment.....I have bag balm.....can I use that on chickens?
