Chick with tumor, growth what?

I got a chick from a friend that was raised by kids all its life and doesn't like chickens. It looks like she is too full from food, but the lump is on the side of her crop and it has veins through it. Looks like you can see food through it. That could just be the crop idk?

Sounds like the crop to me. If it is away from food at night, check in the morning to see if it is gone. If it is, then it was the crop.
