chick with underbite?

Ok guys, it took my 12 years old daughter Kate to upload this image of Lucy. Not the best picture, sorry it was taken on my cell phone. She is 3 weeks old and has a definate beak deformity. I called the hatchery today and they want to credit me for her but my concern is her inability to close her beak. She is growing slowly and constantly eating or trying to anyway. What do you think?

I wonder if there is some way you could shave down the bottom alittle? I don't know, hope someone else here can help!
