Chick with unusual vent and difficulty walking

I have a 2 day old chick that hatched from a barnyard mix egg. It is having trouble standing, but hops/projects itself forward. It seems like the left leg may not work at all. Additionally, the vent on the chick is odd. It’s large and seems really low on the abdomen. I figure it’s a birth defect baby, but thought I’d see if anyone else has had a chick like this.

I think that may be an umbilical cord stub, look above it under the tail for a vent.

I did look but saw nothing. My initial thought was an umbilical stump too since it was so low on the abdomen, but since there was no other vent hole, I figured this was it. However, maybe it has no vent and will just pass. It also looks as though feces is coming out of it. I did pick it up this evening to see if its legs extended, and they did. No curled toes. Just seems not right. I also noticed one of the eyes wasn’t opening right. I’m certainly not counting that chicken even if it’s hatched.
