Chick with weird leg...help please?

I have a 1 old silkie/naked neck and I just noticed she's holding one leg out to the side. She's scooting around, looks ok otherwise. Is this "splay leg" and what can I do for it?

So I googled spraddle leg and that looks like what it is. She's about 24ours old. Is it too late to treat her? I can't go get her cause I just fell sprained my dumb ankle BAD and can't walk, but hubby is on his way home and I'm sure will be THRILLED when I ask him to touch a chicken.

We hatched a chick who had it. Did the little bandage jobbie and I guess because we did it so soon out of the egg, by the end of the day we took it off and she was fine. With one who is a day or two older, might have to stay on a little longer. But it definitely works!
