hi, we got Chicks yesterday from our local tractor supply.
They’re all doing fine besides one.
She’s chirping, her eyes are closed 95%
Of the time. I gently opened them, they’re not stuck in anyway.
They’re eating chick starter, not that she’s eating it.
We’re getting her to eat some electrolyte water and egg yolk from a syringe.
Very lethargic, she can’t really stand without shaking. She has
Pooped normal looking poop multiple times. When under the brooder plate,
The other chicks pretty much trample her. No pasty butt

I’m leaning towards she’s probably mot
Going to make it. But is there
Anything I’m missing or could
Do?

Honestly, you're already doing the right things with the electrolyte water and egg yolk via syringe. A few more things that might help:

Separate her from the rest if you haven't already. Even a small box with a towel inside the brooder so she still gets heat but doesn't get trampled. Getting stepped on constantly is going to make everything harder for her.

Make sure she's warm enough but not too warm. A weak chick can't move away from heat like the others can, so check that she's not directly under the hottest spot. You want around 95F for the first week.

Try adding a little sugar to the water (about a teaspoon per cup) for a quick energy boost on top of the electrolytes. Some folks also swear by Nutri-Drench for poultry if you can get your hands on it. A drop or two along the beak can perk them up.

The fact that she's chirping and pooping normally is actually a decent sign. Sometimes Tractor Supply chicks have a rough trip and just need a day or two to bounce back. But I won't sugarcoat it either, a chick that can't stand and won't open its eyes is in rough shape. Give her 24-48 hours of TLC in a quiet spot with consistent syringe feeding and warmth. You'll know pretty quickly if she's going to turn the corner.

Pulling for her, but sometimes we lose chicks just because, sucks but it is what it is unfortunately
