UPDATE:

This chick is up and moving. !!!!!!!! I'm not entirely sure we are out of the woods yet, there are still behaviors that make me wonder if she's fully recovered, but I firmly believe she's on the road. Still a little sleepy, she is actually standing for more than one minute at a time. The advice of giving her baby vitamins has, in my opinion, 100% saved this little ones life. I had no idea a vitamin deficiency could look so scary!!!

Thank you EVERYONE for helping calm my nerves through my fear and the advice that I view as priceless.
