I've done everything to help this chicken, food, water, warmth, friends, holding it in my hands, hand feeding. Everything and it won't stop peeping. I can't get sleep because it's constant and non stop. Help please

Does it have friends it's own age?
Yes, is it lonely?

Could it be too hot or too cold, does it have a place to get away from the warmth?

Otherwise, if it has hatch mates/friends it could just be one that peeps. I had one from my last hatch that all she did was walk around and peep, eat and peep, sleep and peep, poop and peep. She is still one of the most vocal pullets that I have ever had but has gotten quieter.

It was surrendered to me by a family member because it wouldn't let them sleep, but out of all the chicks I've raised this one has not been quiet. It has a maybe 2 month old chick nerturing it, I found out it had pasty butt it's doing alot better now after I cleaned and put ointments!
