Chicken acting lethargic with other symptoms

My chicken is a lavender orpington and 2 years old, she has been acting broody for the past week or so but today she hoped out,( I don't have a rooster anyway ) but then I noticed that she is very pale and fluffed up she is walking around but is acting tipsy and she only layed one egg in the whole week?! Her dropping are watery, also one of the hens is picking on her. Is she egg bound?? I really don't want to loss her. Please help

Does the watery poop look like egg whites? Has she lost weight? Are her pupils dialating?

No egg whites, no weight loss,actually, she's heavier than before, and after wandering around for a couple hours she got into a different nesting box and hasn't gotten back out, I gave her food and water inside the box. Her comb is still pale, I will get a picture of her.

They normally keep laying until they have a full clutch (~8 eggs), then stop.

Does she seem hot? If she is hot, she may be passing water to cool down. She may be pale from dehydration...
I have noticed that if my hens are dehydrated they have trouble focusing with their eyes and their pupil keep dilating.

Parasites could also cause those symptoms... Have you had any problems with worms?

I haven't had trouble with worms before, but I can worm her, I will make sure she stays hydrated.

She is feeling better today! She layed a small egg last night and today her comb is pink instead of gray, and she took revenge on the hen who was picking on her, lol.
