See video above. Princess, my golden lace wyandotte, had been molting for the last month. She otherwise acts normal and hadn't laid an egg since early Sept. I was happy to see her in the nesting box this morning (her Feathers are mostly grown in, with some pins still visible). She was acting fine this morning. I was out of down for less than 4 hours. Came back and checked on the chickens right when I got back, and I noticed a weird noise. It was coming from her. She hadn't laid an egg in the nesting box and she is making a sound while breathing and sneezes every so often. Never had this issue before. They do *not* free-range right now due to our rebuild from Helene flooding and not having a fenced area for them, so she is in the same run and coop with the same chickens - no contact with the "outside world". She otherwise acts normal. Her comb is slightly pale at the front tip. I do feel something below her vent..not sure if she will lay egg or is egg-bound, but if egg-bound would she make these noises (she's not squat-walking so I don't think egg bound)? I don't think it would be related. Please help with suggestions.
