chicken acting strange for 6mths

can chickens get dementia ?,my speckledy is 4 and since they moulted she hasn,t seemed right ,she was walking around as if in a daze she does eat fairly well not lost weight .her comb has not grown much and has taken a long time to go red certainly not like the other two .the other two tend to ignore her no bullying or anything and they still snuggle together at night .it takes her ages to come out of the coop half the breakfast is gone by the time she makes it .I have noticed today that her poop is small but normal this afternoon she has started lying down .last year she was egg bound and I thought she looked liked that again today I have no access to a chicken vet and don,t know where I can get medication from if needed any suggestions ?

Sounds like something internal may be going on with her unfortunately. Have you checked her over good? What does her belly feel like? Any swelling? Watery? Hard?

checked her last night seems okay did her legs with Vaseline and lots of mite powder in her feathers just in case ,she has started fluffing her feathers up more but she ate breakfast ,walking around ,preening , I know she,s drinking going to get some cv next week for their water I,ll just have to keep a close eye on her she doesn,t seem to be getting any worse just a case of wait and see I suppose ,thanks
