One of our chickens is acting very strange. The easiest way to describe it would be “broody” but hasn’t started laying yet. It doesn’t move around much and while our chickens aren’t wild they aren’t used to being picked up and it’s been letting us walk right up and handle it without resistance. Could it’s first egg be stuck?! The rest of our chickens are fine. A few have just started laying.

You need to be more explicit in what you consider "acting strange". Obviously, something's wrong, but you need to try to give us more clues so we can try to help. Photos or a video can help, but try to explain what you're seeing.

Very lethargic. Doesn’t move around barely at all. Just sits with its eyes closed a lot. We think egg bound with first egg possibly??

Is she standing straight up like a penguin, pulsating her tail up and down? That’s an egg bound hen... with a gloved hand you should be able to put a finger in the vent and feel a stuck egg.
I would treat everyone for coccidiosis. If she’s just standing around lethargic, that’s more than likely what it is regardless of if you used medicated feed or not. Treating them will not hurt if they dont have it.
In the meantime, isolate the chicken so you can inspect the poop in the morning. Also check her crop... make sure it doesn’t feel hard and lumpy or super mushy. In the morning her crop should be completely empty. No food or water in the separate crate overnight so you can tell whether it is emptying on its own.
