Chicken acting weird

So I put our 5.5 week old chickens outside yesterday for a “field trip”. I put them in their coop, it isn’t set yet, so it was just in the yard. When I went to put them back in the brooder, one was acting funny. She won’t hold her head up and she lays down more then she used to. And when she is laying down, her head seems tucked. She often looks like she is scratching at chest too. Maybe she ate something from the ground, or got stepped on???? I can lift her head but she starts pecking quite fast at me. I don’t want to hurt her and I don’t want her to suffer if something in wrong. Help please!!!

She is still going. Eating and drinking. I wonder if maybe she got stepped on a bit. Still watching and have her separated some. We will see I guess.

I’m thinking it my be Wry neck. I had that with a barred rock hen and I just increased the vitamin supplement in their feed and in a week or two she was fine.
