Chicken aggression

I have a 3 year old Easter Egger, she has become very aggressive with some of the other chickens. They’ve all been together for about a year, but in the last couple of weeks she’s started biting them on the neck then jumping on top of them. Is this normal?

That sounds like she is trying to mate with them,you sure you don't have a rooster?

Any males in the flock? Sometimes a hen will take on head of the flock duties In the absence of a male and mounting is a show of dominance.
