My 8 month old bantam chicken has recently had some crop impaction trouble. She’s been to the vets and had her crop emptied but she is quite anaemic due to being unwell for a few days. She’s currently on liquid omnivore care food and starting some more medication tomorrow. Is there anything I can do to help with her anaemia such as certain foods or supplements?

There are things that are not in your control that can lead to anemia.
Not producing enough red blood cells can be from a variety of things, some being genetic.
Nutritional supplements are about your only course of action. Especially B complex vitamins.
I don't know if these are available there butI would consider
Vitamin/mineral supplements - Nutri Drench (or similar nutrient supplement)
http://www.nutridrench.com/ (this one may be available to you)
Probiotics - Gro2Max (you can try fermenting feed and kefir as alternatives) http://gro2max.com/
Animal protein - especially red meat. Try organ meats from ungulates like cows liver, kidney etc..
Cut out everything else besides chicken feed that you're feeding except perhaps some dark greens like spinach, kale, collards.
