Chicken and duck roomate problems.

I have a trio of ancona ducks and a trio of chickens. All of them are around 15 to 17 weeks old. For some reason all of a sudden my drake is attacking my rooster all the time. They share a coop and run at night and free range my yard during the day. He doesn't seem to be hurting the roo just harassing. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Time to give them separate sleeping quarters. Hormones are beginning in the drake and will be getting going in your roo. Outside they can stay out of each others way inside too close quarters. Do your chickens roost? all 3 of my roos roost up high enough my drake can't mess with them.
