Chicken and farming laws in Groton MA?

I am been searching for the laws on owning chickens and a goat or 2 in Groton MA. All the information I find is that it's a right to farm community and it lists zoning laws. It appears chickens and goats are allowed in all zones. I am positive you are allowed to own then but I don't see any information on if permits are required and how many per lot size. I have .8 acres.

All municipalities are different. Check with your local zoning officer.
