My babies have congested nose and swollen eyes, I tried with vetrex and some natural antibiotic I saw on Amazon but nothing is working. What should I do? Any suggestions?

VetRex is a lifesaver! I use it when ever symptoms like this show up and they usually disappear like over night! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

All of them are sick? How many? VetRX is like Vicks for humans. What kind of natural antibiotic did you use and how did you administer it?

@Eggcessive, please.
There are six of them, they are all showing symptoms

I can see crusty eye and nasal drainage, and maybe a little swelling of the face. Is there a bad odor from the beak or face? You may be dealing with a respiratory disease such as mycoplasma gallisepticum or MG, and if there is a bad odor, that could be coryza. The natural antibiotic is herbs, and the Vet Rx is also herbal oils. There is nothing in them to treat a bacterial infection. For MG, I would recommend Tylosin powder or TiaGARD to treat the symptoms. For coryza, the best antibiotic is sulfadimethoxine or trimeth sulfa. You can find all of those online without a prescription. If you ever lose one, your state vet could do a necropsy and identify which disease they have. I would close your flock, and never rehome or sell birds or hatching eggs for the life of your flock. Here is where to find a few of those meds:
