Glad to hear she is doing well here try the crate in the coop easier to integrate her back later

You can put her in an old tshirt and put her back with the flock. Cut holes for the wings then gather the excess and secure with a rubber band on her back.
You can also place a square of gauze over the wound then in a figure 8 pattern, wrap her body with a roll of vet wrap.
