Chicken attacked by dog

I have a chicken who is quite the escape artist. We have tried several things to keep her from flying over the fence, but tonight she flew into my neighbors backyard and their dog got to her. It appears that her main injury is the dog ripped off her tail. Luckily my neighbors got the dog before more damage was done. She seems like she is in shock and I am just not sure what to do from here.

Do you have any wound spray for chickens? I would clean it and spray it with blue kote to prevent pecking.

I don't have wound spray, but we applied antibiptic ointment. Where can I get blue kote?
