Chicken, attacked flap of skin hanging from the back of her head

Found our girl like this from a chicken attack. we have used vet-rx and neosporen on the wound but any attempt to reattach the skin has failed. Wrapping was a failure as she just shakes her head until it comes off. looking for solutions or course of action. She is inside the house in a dog crate separate from the rest of the flock to heal (we bring her around the chickens attended and separated by a fence.

Our girl is healing fine but she got too anxious and needed to lay so she decided to jump the separation fence and we found her with the other girls.

She is still missing feathers but she has been incorporated back into the flock
