Hello,
I have a 6 month old EE who I noticed today has its rear end all completely raw and some of its chin and face fluff that EEs have is plucked out. I have not noticed any bullying at all, if anything she is the feisty one. We also do not have a rooster. I completely cleaned out my coop today prepping for the winter and renewed everything in there. This is my first flock. What should I do? Or just let it be? Thanks!
Couldn't get a pic of her rear but her face is looking 'slimmer' than normal...she just doesnt look right to me. (gray/white/brown one).

This is probably from mating and/or molting.

Molting is when they lose feathers almost yearly and grow back new ones, right before winter.
When roosters mount the hens, they hold on to the head feathers with their beak, and sometimes the claws of the rooster rub on the hen's back, causing feather loss on the back as well.

But in this case, it is most likely molting because mine are starting to molt too
