Chicken beak showing but need help!

I have exactly the same situation. This egg is a very small egg from a very young chicken. It has been about 14 hours or more since it broke through the shell. Fingers crossed. I just don’t like the idea of intervention.

This stage is very important. After they externally pip they then have to absorb all of the remaining yolk and all of the blood that's been flowing through the membrane. It can take 24 hours, occasionally longer. They will chirp to bond and interact with their mother and siblings during this time.

Sit on those hands (I know it's so hard) and look forward to meeting your new babies.
