I just started a 5 week online course, "Chicken Behavior & Welfare", offered by Coursera:

It is being taught by the University Of Edinburgh.
It is very in depth, and I've already learned a lot in the first week. You can take it for free without a certificate, or take it for the certificate for $65 or something, or again for free if you apply for financial aid.
