Chicken being lame

Hey everyone I need help ASAP!
My chicken suddenly does not want to get up and is not as intrested in eating as she was before, she is drinking though I saw her drink last night, when I took her out of her cage last night to try and get her to walk I put her down at first she didn’t want to move but after me walking behind her she started wallowing around. She used to be more active in her cage but now she is not, even when I touch her. Please let me know what to do!

What do you feed?
When was her last egg?
Can you get some photos of her legs, feet and the bottom of her feet?

Check her over for lice and mites, see that her crop is emptying overnight.
Get her hydrated, then offer her some wet feed.
