I had a Hen with salpingitis and she was isolated from the other three for 5 days. We reintroduced her today and one hen is pecking at her nonstop. I've isolated the bully hen from the other three and have a crate in the coop for the chicken who was reintroduced, to sleep in tonight. How can I stop this behavior?

Only time will eliminate this behavior.  Allow her to regain her spot in the pecking order, and then reintroduce the bully hen.  This will take days not hours.

So continue keeping the bully hen separated from the other 3? I have a crate in the coop I could just put her in.

Quote: Yep.
Let her out after a few days..see what happens....lock her back up if she gets aggressive.
There are many variables....you'll have to play it by ear and eye.
Do you free range? That can help with integration.
Coop in your avatar looks to be a bit small for 4 birds ...crowding can make integration harder.

Thanks for the help but unfortunately the hen that was sick died today. The salpingitis must have come back. The bully hen is fine with the other two so I guess it's a non issue now.
