Chicken bottom pain and redness

This hen walks with her bottom down, and it has all sorts of puss and greenness around it. Her poop is also liquidy and yellow. Any idea what kind of infection and how to treat?

I would soak her and clean her up first. All of that chicken poop sitting in her skin could just be irritating her. Does she roost at night or sleep in the nesting box?

I am not sure, we have 800 chickens and maybe 20 sleep in a nesting box. Should clean with bath? Or just a rag and towel.

I would let her soak for a bit. Why are they sleeping in the nesting boxes? Is the coop space big enough for all of them? If she continues to sleep in there she will continue to have this problem.
