Chicken Breath

    One of my hens is bawk a bawk, bawk a bawk.

    She just laid an egg. But it is a little cold out, and I can see her breath in the cool crisp air.

    I know, its so cold.... STINKS !!!!!

    Yes, it is cold here to. I was just visiting my girls and got six eggs. Woo Hoo. Nice to see they are still laying even with this cold weather.

    It is no where near that cold here. -23*, that is way cold, brrrrrrrr. You'll think I'm warm when I say it will get into the 30's tonight.

    I've seen chicken breath up close and personal. When my little roo decided it would be great to crow in my face while toting him around. He had chicken feed breath.

    We are getting into the 20's at night and today was in the 40's and my girls were running around outside and playing like it was new years day! Chickens! We sit here and worry about them and then go check and they are FINE!
