What breeds are these exept the one that looks like a rooster it is a brown leghorn and is it a rooster

Here 4 weeks old

Brown Leghorn or Welsummer cockerel. Won't know which for sure until he's a bit older. Welsummers have red earlobes. Brown Leghorns have white earlobes.

This one is an Easter Egger. Too soon to be sure of gender.
