I have 5 partridge Cochin bantams: 3 roosters and 2 hens. They are about 20 weeks old, but still like a bit before maturing. The hens do not want to mate with the roosters, but here’s the issue:

The roosters grab the hens, stand in front of them, and just wobble as if they were actually mating with the hen. I wish I could upload a picture to show the issue. It’s just like the roosters have no idea how to mate with the hens. The other Cochins I have mate with no issues.

You might want to separate out the boys until the girls mature more. All that mating is stressful to them. I'm sure your one boy is just trying to figure stuff out.

Well I wish it was just the one boy. It just so happens to be all three of them. They grab the hen, then mate with the ground...

I've seen young roosters do that. I would still separate them out for now. Bantam Cochin roosters can be little troublemakers when young.

Get rid of all(or all but one of) the males...or at least separate them.
Those poor girls!

I will certainly have them separated and will get rid of two of the partridge bantam Cochin roos. That’s what I hate about straight run birds. I got 5 partridge and 5 black Cochins. For the partridge I got 2 hens to 3 roos. For the black I got 1 rooster to 4 hens. Then I got 4 buff Cochin bantams and got 1 hen to 4 roos.
